Superfoods for a Super You

How can something as simple as implementing specific foods supercharge our lives for lower stress, better sleep, and more energy?

As Hippocrates famously said “Let thy food by thy medicine.”

By putting in the highest quality inputs, we will see the highest possible outputs.

These are what we have named “Superfoods”.

Superfoods are simply highly nutrient dense foods that nourish our body at a high level. Nutrient dense meaning the amount of vitamins & minerals per unit is jam packed with beneficial nutrients.

There are numerous levels to our optimal health beyond nutrition, but if you think of your food as equivalent to gas for your car, your body cannot run without food. If we are eating at least 3 times per day, this is likely an area that can make or break us, yes?

The link between health and food is clear. If we put two twins in front of you where one eats McDonald’s every day and then the other who eats organic superfoods every day, I think anyone can immediately see the difference. One will likely be overweight, with poor skin, may have foul odor, and simply look run down. The other will likely look fit, clear skin, with a “glow” to them.

One of the most simple ways we can make the shift to better health to begin implementing these superfoods into our daily lives. Most of us do not meet the MINIMUM requirements recommended for vegetables, vitamins, and minerals.
