Yes, amazingly, only 1 out of 10 people in the United States prioritize sleep. As a nation, the majority of our population is over-worked, tired, stressed, overweight, inflamed, and downright living below their potential with their current lifestyle. If you are chronically stressed, sleep deprived, and constantly in survival mode; it will be incredibly difficult to change.

We need answers. Answers that do not come in a prescription bottle with 47 potential side effects that will require another pill to cancel out the effects of the other bottle. No. We need fundamental changes to our daily life. The best part is that it does not have to be all that complicated. We do not have to change our entire lives to become a healthier version of ourselves. Together, we analyze your daily lifestyle and arm you with the tools necessary to make lasting changes. The world needs you to be strong now more than ever; fit in mind, body, and spirit.

Together we set out to support you in finding and staying true to your purpose in sustainable manner. We will focus on becoming increasingly clear on what fascinates you, fuels your fire, and allows you to serve at your fullest potential. We utilize the 6 Foundation Principles as a basis for achieving optimal health and happiness. The 6 Foundation Principles include Moving, Breathing, Thinking, Nutrition, Hydration, Sleep.

Together we build your toolbox so that you are equipped to tackle challenges as they present themselves.


Build your toolbox

From breathwork to ice baths, exercise to tai chi, communication to growing your own food; you will learn the basics for optimizing your life in all aspects. The modern strong man is one who is balanced in mind, body, & spirit and able to approach any circumstance with confidence and grace. It is essential to get back to our roots and build from the ground up. Like any carpenter of a house, the tools we use are essential to shape the creation of our mind, body, and spirit. By the end of our transformation, your toolbox will not only be full of tools; but you will also be capable of wielding the proper tool for the appropriate situation.


Finding your “Why”

We will work together to take the necessary steps toward finding, creating and implementing your dream life. Let’s be clear: I am not claiming that you will achieve your dream life in this time, rather we will set the foundation which now allows you build up. You need a first floor before you build the second floor and rooftop lounge. We will create a clear vision of what your dream life looks like. This will be the goal that we are consistently working towards. This may shift and evolve as we go, which is part of the process of finding your truth. It is vitally important to find out your “why”. If we are to create lasting change in your health and happiness, we need to know why you are doing it and who you can serve in the process.

No green thumb? No problem. You will learn to grow something. One of my core beliefs is that every man should be able to grow his own food. Not only does that create a level of confidence and satisfaction, it creates a connection with our natural environment and allows us to balance our masculine energy with the nurturing energy of the feminine. While we may be able to provide food for our family with our wallets, what happens if something changes? It is best to have the basic skills of food production. Whether you end up with a few herbs in your window, or a full-fledged garden; you will be eating home grown food just a few weeks from now.
